We are a a full service PC and Macintosh IT company based in West Chester, Ohio, and servicing the Greater Cincinnati Area. We specialize in small business server setup and maintenance as well as web site design and video tape transfer to DVD.

In 1997 AskUs Enterprises began as the dream of its owner and consultant, Floyd Hammond.  The early years focused on products and services for the home user and religious organizations.  Floyd has over 20 years experience with PCs, including 3+ years as a computer technician for a manufacturing company's plants in Ohio and Texas.  Floyd has over 30 years of experience in management and over 9 years of owning and operating a small business as well as having excellent communication skills and a strong background in education.  AskUs Enterprises is uniquely equipped to service small businesses and home users.

Floyd Hammond, Owner

Floyd is the founder and owner of AskUs Enterprises, Inc..He coordinates all aspects of the business and focuses on overseeing all company and customer purchases, and all other support related services. He also serves as our head consultant and technician.

Bill Eifert

Bill Eifert joined AskUs Enterprises in 2004. Bill brings with him 33 years of experience as a mathematics and computer science instructor at a local high school. He has over 20 years of experience with Apple Macintosh computers and over 10 years of experience with Windows PCs.  He serves as our Web Design specialist and is very knowledgeable in the areas of web page design and web-accessed databases. His experience in configuring and running student computer labs is a definite plus when he's needed as a technician or consultant.Bill coordinates the web site design services of AskUs Enterprises. He also serves as a consultant and technician when needed and is our resident Macintosh expert and troubleshooter.

Jeff Hammond

Jeff is the coordinator and technician of our custom video tape transfer service. He is responsible for the preservation of our customer’s precious memories stored on the unstable environment of video tape as they are transferred to the stable and durable environment of the DVD. Jeff Hammond joined AskUs Enterprises in 2006. He is responsible for our Video Transfer Service and will transfer your videos with the utmost of care.
