- On-site service...
- We travel to your home or business and perform the service at your location.
- Off-site service...
- You bring your equipment to one of our locations in Mason or Mason and we perform the service at our location. Or we will pick up your equipment from your home or business, service it at one of our locations, and return it to you for an additional $39 pickup and deliverty charge.
- Remote service...
- We use an Internet application such as GoToMyPC or LogMeIn to log on to your computer to service it without traveling to your home or office. Not all services can be performed remotely.
- Telephone service...
- We call you on the telephone and instruct you how to fix your computer.
