We offer you the choice of either on-site service (where we come to your home or business) or off-site service (where you bring your computer system to our shop). If you choose off-site service we can also pick up and return your computer for an additional $29.
All services listed below include data backup, as possible, before any other work is performed on your computer. We will store your data backup on one of our external drives for a period of 30 days.

1 Remote Service: $45 per incident up to one hour with a limit of two incidents per connection. Remote service provided by your choice of any of these three methods:
- "gotomypc.com” as purchased
at a discount through AskUs Enterprises on an annual basis. This
method is highly secure, easy to use, and works with multiple operating
systems, A username and password allows access to your PC from anywhere
you have an Internet connection. It works
like you are sitting in front of your PC. AskUs Enterprises makes
use of this connection to perform repairs and user demonstrations.
- ”Remote Desktop
Support” as supplied in Windows XP (“Terminal
Services” in
older operating systems). Remote Desktop Support is not as secure,
nor as fast, as gotomypc.com, and it works best with static IP address.
- ”Invite Someone to Assist” as supplied in Windows XP (“Terminal Services” in older operating systems). You send an invitation (usually via email) requesting assistance from AskUs Enterprises and giving us permission to login to your PC for repair.
AskUs Enterprises recommends "gotomypc.com", but will use any of the above methods to perform repairs to your system.
We routinely perform the following remote services (list is not exhaustive):
- System tune up
- system repair
- Recovery point restoration
- Software install and configuration including Internet Security
- Backup program setup, configuration, and execution
- Email setup (Exchange Server or Internet POP3 accounts)
- Installation of peripherals such as printers, PDAs, digital cameras, and Palm products. This requires client assistance.
If the service you need performed is not on this list just "Ask Us" for a price quote.
2 Telephone Service: Free but limited to 45 minutes per incident. An on-site service call may be needed if the problem cannot be resolved within the 45-minute limit.
